I do both Door Dash and Shipt. Shipt was really good when I started but their rating system is a completely unfair platform. Instacart at least throws out bad ratings from people who are the ratings game players who constantly rate people bad just to get free stuff. Door Dash ratings are easier to balance. Shipt allows customers to rate low with no reason given. All of the services should never allow low ratings without comments and reasons for the ratings. You can actually have your ratings fall with 4 stars in Shipt which is a complete joke of a system. And just like some of the posts I’ve read they don’t even have reps to discuss these issues with. They just simply don’t give a shit.
