Change Country

If the error message that you get on your screen says “cards are not valid in your country or are unable to redeem it,” try the below solutions.

• Add a new payment profile or edit the payment profile you use already for Google purchases.
• Try changing your account country/region. Google Website -> Settings -> Country. Remember that you can only change your Google Play Store country once a year.

Besides, you can’t use the Google Play balance that you have in your old country in your new country. And if you cannot change the country, try to check if your app is to-do-date or try to clear your cache.

Invalid Code

To prevent this issue, copy-paste the Google Play code to prevent any type errors, and don’t use dashes or spaces when you type in the code. Moreover, try to redeem the code through the Google Play store or at play.google.com on your device.
