Absolutely the worst. They have no idea what they’re doing. I sent multiple pictures of the issue, the plant, provided a long description of the type of plant and they sent me the same incorrect stock plant picture twice. I wasted twenty bucks and two weeks following up. Don’t waste your money. A total scam.

I have one plant in particular that is dying.  I thought the app Plantin.com would be good because I am a novice gardener.  But the plant I have does not come up as recognizable because there are so many variations.  That I understand.  It's a giant air plant.  When I looked up sending questions to a botany expert there is an additional fee of $20.  I would expect that would be a free charge.  I know they need paid for their knowledge and experience.  I get that.  But they should be paid out of our subscription fees.  The app has very little information that the average person would not already know.  It is all very vague and more specific information is easily found elsewhere on the internet for free.
